Included with all active Corellium software license subscriptions.

Support for the Corellium Virtual Hardware platform includes:

    (1st year only)

Premier Support

Fee equals 20% of annual Corellium software license subscriptions.

Support for the Corellium Virtual Hardware platform includes:

  • Online Support Center
  • Private Slack
  • Named support representative
  • 12-hour response time
  • Immediate level-2 escalation
  • Hardware warranty
    (during agreement term)

Modeling Support

Fee equals 20% of annual Corellium modeling license subscriptions.

Support for CHARM custom model development. Does not include support for the Corellium Virtual Hardware platform (see Standard and Premier Support options).
