Human Resources Manger

Corellium is looking for a Human Resources Manager to champion the growth of our team and drive best-in-class operating standards. It’s a full-time, remote role focused on continuing to build a sought-after company culture.

In the role of Human Resources Manager, you’ll spend most of your time overseeing the recruiting and onboarding process. You’ll oversee operating procedures & policies and ensure effective implementation & execution. In this role you will ensure regulatory requirements are met in the U.S. and partner with team leads in other countries. You will also manage performance management process, compensation & benefits packages offered.

While this is a remote position, we’re only looking for candidates based in the U.S., but we would love someone who is willing to work odd hours occasionally to sync with our global teams. You’ll be coming into a small but experienced team where there’s plenty of room to grow and explore responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and other personnel packages.
  • Oversee recruitment and prepare employees for success by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Promoting diversity & inclusion within the organization through the recruitment process, onboarding, and continued training & culture initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, administering training, and maintaining records.
  • Oversee performance management processes.
  • Partner with and support international people managers and team members.
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.
  • Manage Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems).
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources Management related role preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and Human Resources best practices.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary process, and workplace investigations.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills.

We're a fully-remote team with headquarters in South Florida.


The problem with the current ecosystem is that physical devices don't scale and emulators don’t provide a true native experience. The solution: virtual devices. We create virtual models of Arm-based devices and run them on Arm servers, combining the fidelity of a real device with the convenience and scale of the cloud.

These devices run on top of our proprietary custom hypervisor, purpose-built to model complex peripherals and chipsets. From rapid hardware prototyping to advanced security testing, our groundbreaking platform accelerates development work on Arm technologies.


As a fully remote team, we rely on a lot of tools to make asynchronous work efficient. Our favourites at the moment are GitHub, Slack, Jira, Notion and ProductBoard.
